The SSAA have updated their online training offering to reflect recent changes to our storage agreements and to address common issues that arise in our Legal Help Desk.
The AU Understanding Storage Agreements training course seeks to provide an overview of our storage agreements, in addition to the key processes and procedures fundamental to self storage and successfully navigating the facility-storer relationship.
Key topics include signing up storers, terminating agreements, enacting the default procedure for storers in arrears and dealing with deceased estates, plus much more.
